Everyone I spoke to was amazing. From sales to service to finance. I had a hard time deciding if I wanted to take on a car payment & my sales person, Ouafaa Kouhaila, was MORE than patient with me. The officer I dealt with wasn't kind or truthful. While the two ladies at the service reception were excellent, I had a very disappointing experience with the service manager because he was not truthful.
The issue recurred the day I picked it up. I messaged immediately. It is working again, though I'm nervous about whether it will STAY 'fixed'. But, more importantly, I have yet to be contacted to follow-up; but I've received SEVERAL requests to 'rate' the service.
They are all friendly and the work was done quickly. And my car was washed! Great experience.

I went there for an air-conditioning issue and it's still not resolved because they did not have the parts. I went there for a brake issue and it's still not resolved because they did not have the parts. I got my car detailed and it looks terrible and I paid $170 for that. I believe I got an oil change but I'm that's only from word-of-mouth. I have no proof otherwise. Mark was very helpful and kind. I was actually taken earlier than my appointment time. Mark was very courteous and attentive.
My experience was very good. I dealt with Skip and another associate named Alan. Both men were extremely helpful. They were able to answer my questions which made me feel more confident about my car.

My experience was very good, arrived and was helped right away, was informed of what would be done and what would be done if needed. I received a video of different parts of my car and the mechanic explained what he had done and that the rotating of the tires was not needed. I received a phone call from skip saying my car was ready and when I went after work to pick it up, the check out was smooth and quick.
