Service and experiences have always been great. The mechanic work was superb from my visit today. The video of the work done that is shared from the mechanic is always appreciated. Unfortunately, the level of customer service I received from the advisor fell short and it was not consistent with what I have experienced from other advisors in the past. I did not feel like a valued customer when leaving. It was very disappointing to have encountered this, especially as a loyal customer who has always had such positive experiences. Very disappointing.
We are multi-repeat customers. I have purchased the MDX (twice), the RDX and now the ADX. Acura of Berlin and Jim in particular have always worked hard to meet my requests and help guide me through the process. Instead of being a stressful experience, they are forthright and honest. This past visit we met Jessica who was just as no-nonsense. The entire experience was positive and helped me make a decision that made me feel comfortable. There is no place better than Executive Honda of Wallingford. Rex and Sarina made the process as smooth as possible, and were so easy to communicate with. They helped us out at a time that is typically very stressful and insured that the process was enjoyable and filled with smiles and laughter. My experience walking into Acura of Berlin was positive from the get go. Raj (Navaraj Sankar) greeted us and was very helpful in showing us and narrowing down what could be the right fit for us. He was very knowledgeable and the right combination of not pushy, but invested in the process. The test drive was great and I left really considering it, but needed to process it. I left with a very good feeling. Overall, it was such a positive experience, and I believe Raj was instrumental in my pulling the trigger and going with Acura.
Andrew was an absolute pleasure to work with. This was probably the smoothest vehicle purchase I have ever had.

During my oil change service, I was updated on the progress of my car, shown video, and was told of other issues that needed to be fixed. I was able to get everything ordered and fixed by the next day. The communication and response was great. I was also able to get a service car so they could keep my car to fix all the repairs.
