STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS I took my 23 Pathfinder (under 36k miles) for routine maintenance and rough idling concerns on 3/31. I was told nothing is wrong with the car and that recommended services were not necessary until next oil change. 4/19 car breaks down and running on reduced power 3 hours into our roadtrip. Executive Nissan claims rodents damaged MAF and that it needed to be replaced. Their statement was false and would have caused warranty to not cover part replacement. Met with Brian to discuss purchasing a new Pilot. Went on a test drive. Brian was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and the features unique to the trim level that we wanted. Was able to come to a fair agreement on the price. Very efficient experience altogether.

I picked up a new MDX and I was told a requested tow hitch would be installed prior to pick up, that didn’t happen. I was given a We Owe document to get it installed and I’ve followed up with 3 different people to get this issue solved and have yet to hear back from anyone.
